C# Logitech G19 SDK getting started? [closed]

Does anyone have a sample, tutorial or a link on how to use the Logitech G19 keyboard SDK with Visual Studio 2010 and C# for programming the LCD? I can't find anything anywhere for C#.

There is plenty of information that looks like it should help you get started with C# for the G19 SDK here, but that forum requires that you register before you can access any of it. Additionally, here are two wrappers for the G15 and G19 SDK (the wrapper for the G15 is mostly compatible with the G19):
