Question

Considering my site SPAM protection I decided to re-install https://www.drupal.org/project/recaptcha along with https://www.drupal.org/project/captcha again to re-consider but for some reason, the "I Am Not A Robot" feature is not there, is they any reason for it not being available on Drupal 7.3x, or am I missing something.

I'm currently preferring Honeypot but may use the above for mobile. Thanks.

Was it helpful?

Solution

'Drupal 7.x.3x' is a really bizarre release number (which cannot be correct). So consider correcting your question to clarify that ...

I'm assuming you're using the 7.x-2.x version of reCaptcha module, because that's the version where this "I am not a robot" feature got added. If not try upgrading to that version.

Your problem might be similar to what is mentioned in comment #23 of issue # 2386815. The solution there (in comment #25 of that issue) points to a related issue #2424543 (which also has a patch). So checkout these issues, and consider that patch.

OTHER TIPS

Have you install Captcha module. You need to install this module because reCAPTCHA depends on the CAPTCHA module.

A CAPTCHA is a challenge-response test most often placed within web forms to determine whether the user is human. The purpose of CAPTCHA is to block form submissions by spambots, which are automated scripts that post spam content everywhere they can. The CAPTCHA module provides this feature to virtually any user facing web form on a Drupal site.
