Magento2.1 Override the navbar

Question

I am trying to override the Topmenu Block. Here is what I did:

1. Add a di.xml file to my module containing the:

Is that the correct procedure? What else do I need to do to override the navbar?

The error state clearly, class not found

I think you forgot to change the namespace of copied file

app/code/Namespace/Module/Block/Html/Topmenu.php
