Is it possible to search multiple content types with KeywordQuery? 

ContentTypeName: Content Type A AND ContentTypeName: Content Type B

Solution

Yes it is. Use the following query:

{{searchterms} (ContentType:A) AND (ContentType:B)}

I would personally use SPContentType:
