Practical way to convert jupyter notebook to MS Word document?

What would be a practical way to convert a Jupyter Notebook to a Word document (.doc) ? I am asking this in a professional context, so I'd like to avoid manual solutions, do it in an efficient way (fast), avoid third parties... etc. Something that works like Rmarkdown to produce .doc would be very welcome.

The easiest way is probably using a method similarly to what is described in this answer, that is, convert the notebook to markdown and then use any of the tools available (such as Pandoc) to convert the markdown to a Word document.
