Any tools to sniff java application networking behaviour? [closed]

I want to know the behavior of a web robot, which was written in Java, is there any tool to monitor? I'm running Windows 7 now.

Try WireShark, it's the de-facto standard for this task. Not sure if it supports windows 7 yet.

ettercap is open source tools for sniffing and written by c++ .You can us it link text

Ethereal, tcpview (from microsoft) are the two I normally use.

TCPView is really a simple one-click app compared to Ethereal
