My Libraries shortcuts don't work

Question

I don't know why but my Libraries shortcuts don't work anymore, When I press on them nothing happens (nor from the start menu nor from Windows Explorer)

I think that this is something from the registry but I don't know what,

Please help me!

Sounds like something has gone wrong in your file associations, save the following as a .reg file and run it to restore .library-ms:

1. Just delete the non-working icons.
2. Then right click on library icon and press "Restore Original Icons".
