OpenID Server List with endpoints

Question

Does anyone know where I could find a list of available OpenID servers and also the endpoint which is associated with them.

I wasn't too satisfied with the above URL (no offense). Just wanted the popular ones to provide icons for and test that they work correctly, so I started a smaller list. Would appreciate help in improving it:

Didn't have much luck with Open ID Directory, but this is a helpful list, even if the format is a pain to deal with.
