ACRA does not show anything in CrashReports.csv file

Question

I have integrated ACRA in my project and followed this steps .

I am using ACRA 4.4.0.jar.

As per instruction this is my code ::

MyApplication class ::

Now when i run the project to test the ACRA i get the following in the logcat ::

ACRA Says(in Logcat) :: Sending report 7bdf15b3-f216-459d-9ba8-a24592514742

Check this ScreenShot,Specially last Row ::

The report has been successfully received by Google Docs as per logcat says.

Now whenever i checked the CrashReport.csv file to check(match) the crash error is shows me this ::

So am i missing something ??

Second Question how to check the individual crash entry? e.g. if i have the 5 crash entry in my google docs(consider each entry is for individual crash error),then how to check the each entry?
I think CrashReport.csv contains the log about last entry not for the entire one.Please Correct me if i am wrong :)

After lots attempts,finally i succeed and get what i want it. At the end i found that i have done very very silly mistake.

How do i solve this problem ::

First notice the filed in your CrashReports-Template.csv.

Now at the time of creation of the page you have to just add this item like this(which i have not added earlier,i have just create the empty form which is my mistake) ::

Finally i get my desired output like this ::

Here each entry has been recorded and i can check every entry and its logcat and other info.
