Observer Pattern in Dynamics AX

I would like to use the observer pattern for a new project.

Can anyone give me a short tutorial of how to use the observer pattern in Dynamics AX?

A good place to start is the Even Broker, patial is possible but I'm not aware of any full observer pattern implementations in AX.
