¿Por MODI no me deja borrar el archivo procesado?

El problema es: El archivo es usado por otro proceso.

registró una solución para esto:

public void Dispose()  
{   
        doc.Close(false); 
        System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.FinalReleaseComObject(doc);
        doc = null; 
        GC.Collect();
}

Tal vez funcione para su caso, también.
