Acceso a datos adjuntos de eventos de SharePoint

Question

Tengo un evento de calendario de SharePoint que puede tener cualquier tipo de archivo como archivo adjunto. ¿Hay alguna forma de acceder al contenido del archivo / descargarlos? Tengo que calcular la suma de verificación de estos archivos.
