Anexo Acessando SharePoint Evento

Question

Eu tenho um evento de calendário do SharePoint que pode ter qualquer tipo de arquivo como anexo. Existe alguma maneira para acessar o conteúdo do arquivo / baixá-los? Eu tenho que calcular a soma de verificação dos arquivos.
