¿Cómo puedo configurar los mensajes de “blog” a una página distinta de la página principal / casa?

Alguien me creó con un poco de trabajo de encargo en la parte superior od otra ellos y ahora quiero añadir un "¿qué hay de nuevo" / "blog" / "últimas noticias" tipo de página que se puede acceder desde el menú principal y no es el hogar página.

¿Cómo puedo hacer eso? No es obvio para mí cómo se hace.

In the admin area,

Go to Settings » Reading, Choose 'A Static Page' from the first set of options & select the two pages you would like to use as the front-page & blog/news page.

You can do it by category. Add the "blog" category to all of your blog posts, and then set up your menu to add a "Blog" link, type - "category", and enter "blog" for the category. Then, whenever somebody clicks the blog link it will go to the /blog category.
