Recientemente he estado recibiendo este problema y puede deberse a algo que instalé en mi máquina. Sin embargo, no puedo recordar. De vez en cuando recibiré un cuadro de mensaje de Microsoft .NET Framework que aparece en mi computadora y me dice:

"Se ha producido una excepción no controlada en un componente en su aplicación. Si hace clic en Continuar, la aplicación ignorará este error e intentará continuar.

No se pudo cargar el archivo o el ensamblaje de accesibilidad, versión = 2.0.0.0, cultura = neutral, publickeyToken = B03F5F7F11D50A3A 'o una de sus dependencias. El nombre de ensamblaje dado o la base de código "

Intenté reinstalar el marco .NET 4.0. No puedo encontrar la descarga de .NET 2.0 Framework para reinstalar eso. Intenté usar la accesibilidad de Gacutil /UF para forzar que esa DLL se desinstalara, pero eso no funciona. También he verificado dónde se instala la DLL de accesibilidad y la comparé con otras máquinas y todo es lo mismo, incluido el global.config y la web.config.

Esta excepción no solo ocurre para un proceso en mi máquina. Dado que es un problema con mi GAC, cualquier aplicación que use este ensamblaje lanza la misma excepción.

Su accesibilidad.dll probablemente esté dañado. No podrá eliminar el archivo, incluso como administrador.

Debe entrar en la configuración de seguridad y cambiar al propietario de TrustedInstaller a un usuario diferente y darse permisos en el archivo. Una vez hecho esto, obtenga una accesibilidad.dll desde una computadora que funcione y reemplace su versión corrupta.

Lo mejor que puedo suponer, un instalador de Microsoft corrompió la DLL ya que ningún usuario tiene permiso para editar/eliminar/reemplazar archivos propiedad de TrustedInstaller.
