Msbuild y creación de archivos zip

Mi guión funciona perfectamente, solo hay un problema extraño. Cuando construyo un proyecto por primera vez y no hay \bin\Debug La carpeta y su creación durante la compilación, pero el archivo zip todavía está vacío. Ejecutando el script de compilación por segunda vez cuando el \bin\Debug La carpeta ahora está en su lugar con archivos construidos, luego el archivo se agrega al zip.

¿Cuál podría ser el problema que ejecutar el script por primera vez el archivo zip está vacío?

El problema está en el DebugApplicationFiles colección de artículos. Se crea antes de que se invoque la construcción. Mueve el DebugApplicationFiles dentro CreateNightlyZip objetivo. Actualice su script de esta manera:
