Usando datediff en la declaración de MySQL

Esta es mi declaración de SQL que funciona usando datediff:
SELECT SUM(b134_nettpay) AS Total, b134_rmcid, b134_recdate
FROM B134HREC
WHERE datediff (dd, '2006-05-05', getdate()) > 90
GROUP BY b134_rmcid, b134_recdate
ORDER BY b134_recdate DESC, b134_rmcid
Tengo que sustituir la fecha Hardcoded '2006-05-05' con Max (b134_recdate) de esta manera:
SELECT SUM(b134_nettpay) AS Total, b134_rmcid, b134_recdate
FROM B134HREC
where datediff (dd, MAX(b134_recdate), getdate()) > 90
GROUP BY b134_rmcid, b134_recdate
ORDER BY b134_recdate DESC, b134_rmcid
Pero me sale este mensaje de error:
Un agregado no puede aparecer en la cláusula WHERE a menos que sea en una subconsulta contenida en una cláusula HAVING o una lista de selección, y la columna que se está agregada es una referencia externa.
¿Alguna idea de cómo solucionar mi instrucción SQL?

(select MAX(b134_recdate) from B134HRE)

ORDER BY b134_recdate DESC, b134_rmcid

¿Ha intentado mover esto:
datediff (dd, MAX(b134_recdate), getdate()) > 90
a una cláusula HAVING?
La instrucción SQL sería:
SELECT SUM(b134_nettpay) AS Total, b134_rmcid, b134_recdate
FROM B134HRE
GROUP BY b134_rmcid, b134_recdate
ORDER BY b134_recdate DESC, b134_rmcid
HAVING datediff (dd, MAX(b134_recdate), getdate()) > 90

No estoy seguro de si el MAX deberán ser llenados para toda la tabla:

where datediff (dd, dt.MaxDate, getdate()) > 90

pero se puede dar a estos un intento
