Envié mi nueva versión de mi solicitud, pero se le negaré y la resolución dijo

10.3: Apps that do not use system provided items, such as buttons and icons, correctly and as described in the Apple iPhone Human Interface Guidelines and the Apple iPad Human Interface Guidelines may be rejected

Le está diciendo que debe estar usando la vista del selector en una popover y no ocupe el ancho de la pantalla.

Solo porque su aplicación hizo esto anteriormente en versiones anteriores y fue aceptada, no significa que no puedan rechazarlo en versiones posteriores.Particularmente, ya que se indica explícitamente en las pautas que se debe usar un pop terminado en estos casos.
