No se puede encontrar enum descriptor de PBFieldDescriptorProto_Label mientras que la unidad de pruebas

Me encontré con un error similar al hacer las pruebas de unidad utilizando Specta.Ignoré manualmente la afirmación creando mi propio controlador de afirmación.
