'Respuesta desconocida del agente' desde OpenShift RHC Port-Forward

Estoy tratando de ejecutar el comando PORT PORT RHC de OpenShift, lo siguiente:

rhc port-forward -a ligatures -n dawningstreams

Ya he realizado gem update rhc, pero no ayudó.

¿Qué es este problema y cómo puedo resolverlo?

del chat de IRC de OpenShift, determinamos que podría estar relacionado con una problema conocido resuelto en una versión más reciente de net-ssh.

Dado que mi instalación de Ruby era vieja, lo quité por completo y lo reinstalé (y también se reinstaló RHC).El problema ahora se ha ido.
