Estoy trabajando con la siguiente función en Excel y necesito interpretarlo en MS SQL.Estoy familiarizado con SQL, pero extremadamente desconocido con Excel.De lo que entiendo, la función está devolviendo "" si error.De lo contrario, está llamando a Sumif en los paréntesis más internos, dentro de los cuales no estoy seguro de lo que está sucediendo, incluso después de buscar qué!:, y $ en Excel

SUMIFS() agrega un rango de células en función de uno o más criterios aplicados a un rango de células.

Primero es el rango de valores a resumir, luego, después de eso, se presentan pares de criterios, primero es el rango de criterios, luego los criterios.El primero se rompe algo así:
