¿Puedo almacenar datos de la matriz serializable en DataColumn?

Estoy tratando de convertir automáticamente las propiedades del objeto de DataTable (objeto es la matriz y tiene propiedades que crea una instancia de la clase especial que tiene un tipo de valor).

El código:
