Añadir cuentas de usuario de Windows con C #

Question

tengo que enumerar todos los usuarios (tanto del sistema local y de dominio). He intentado utilizar WQL pero se necesita una gran cantidad de tiempo para que el programa se ejecute. ¿Hay alguna otra manera de conseguirlo de registro? Cualquier ayuda sería muy apreciada.
