Open CSV wtih Excel from Finder

Question

Is it possible to open a CSV file with Excel direct from Finder and have the data grouped into columns. I know this is possible through the "File > Import" route, but it takes a lot of time if you are working with CSVs a lot.

If I simply set Excel as the default application, it opens the data as follows:

I would like to have that data in separate columns.

I managed to solve the problem by changing my region to the United States and customising the rest of my preferences.
