¿Por qué se necesita “Código Optimizar” para ser encendido para mi programa se ejecute sin que se caiga?

Me dieron esta aplicación WPF, cuando traté de ejecutar el programa en modo de depuración se estrellaría antes de llegar a Windows1.xml. más tarde intenté funcionar en modo de lanzamiento y sería ejecutado correctamente. I reducido a eso, que necesitaba para encender "Código Optimizar" para que funcione.

Es necesario proporcionar más información. ¿Cuál es la excepción? Podría ser que se haga referencia a un tipo en tiempo de ejecución que no pueda ser resuelto. Si no se utiliza el código, el optimizador puede simplemente omitirla en JIT mientras que en el modo de depuración se podría desencadenar una excepción tipo de carga. Quién sabe sin embargo. Sin más información que sería imposible decir.

editar en respuesta a la actualización en su pregunta, parece que hay un tipo llamado principal que está lanzando una excepción en su caso constructor o constructor estático. También podría ser un inicializador de campo que está provocando esto. Si se puede detectar la excepción, comprobar su InnerException cuales contienen por lo general TargetInvocationExceptions. Esto le dará más información.

editar usted ha indicado que la excepción interna es un problema de carga de montaje que es lo que imaginé al principio. por lo que se está perdiendo una referencia en alguna parte. en particular, es probable que haga referencia a un archivo DLL que a su vez hace referencia a otro archivo DLL que no puede ser localizado. Tendrá que averiguar cuál de montaje no puede ser resuelto. Puede utilizar la herramienta Fuslogvw.exe a ver los errores de montaje de unión.
