¿Alguien tiene algún código que tome un campo TimeZoneInfo de .NET y ejecute el código de interoperabilidad para establecer la zona horaria del sistema a través de SetTimeZoneInformation? Me doy cuenta de que básicamente está asignando los miembros de TimeZoneInfo a los miembros de la estructura, pero no me parece obvio cómo los campos se asignarán exactamente o qué debería importarme más allá del sesgo.

Hay otra forma de hacer esto, que ciertamente es un poco hack, pero funciona bastante bien en la práctica:
