Use un diccionario Plist para la configuración de la aplicación

Quiero poder usar un plist para la configuración que estoy implementando en mi aplicación. Quiero un diccionario '' Configuración '' para mantener mis matrices, como '' Depuración '', '' Opción 1 '', Opción 2 '', etc. ¿Cómo accedería a '' Depuración? '' en la '' Configuración '' diccionario?

En su ejemplo, Debug es una cadena, no una matriz (que es lo que parece decir que está en la pregunta). En cualquier caso, el problema es que está accediendo a la clave en el dict incorrecto. Tienes:

swDebug.on = [plistDict objectForKey:@"Debug"];

Necesitarías:

swDebug.on = [[plistDict objectForKey:@"Settings"] objectForKey:@"Debug"];

Dado que la configuración es un diccionario dentro de la lista de diccionarios.
