Pourquoi pas mon regard du programme dans le GAC pour un ensemble?

J'ai un service qui charge un groupe d'ensembles comme plug-ins. Chacun de ces plugins faire référence à une assemblée commune qui est installé dans le GAC. Pour une raison quelconque, certains des plug-ins sont capables de charger avec succès l'ensemble du GAC, mais d'autres échouent. Je ne peux pas sembler comprendre pourquoi cela se passe. Voici le journal Fusion pour un qui fonctionne et ce qui ne fonctionne pas:

assemblage défectueux est pas fortement signé (PublicKey = null). Je ne sais pas pourquoi l'assemblée n'est signé, mais il n'y a pas besoin de chargeur pour regarder dans le GAC pour de tels assemblage que seulement les assemblées fortement signés peuvent entrer dans le GAC.
