Contrôler / Accéder à un navigateur déjà ouvert avec le formulaire vb

Existe-t-il un moyen pour qu'une application vb de bureau prenne le contrôle d'une fenêtre de navigateur déjà ouverte ?Par exemple, faites-le cliquer avec la souris sur certaines coordonnées dans la fenêtre ou vérifiez si la fenêtre contient certains éléments.
J'ai envisagé d'utiliser Microsoft Internet Controls (shdocvw) et MSHTML (IHTMLDocument2), mais j'ai du mal à accéder aux éléments de la fenêtre du navigateur (par exemple body.innnerHTML).
