Où publier l'application Web de l'application accueillie?

Question

Je suis confondre dans le dossier de publication de l'application accueillie par le fournisseur.

Mes questions sont:

1. Puis-je publier une application Web hébergée fournisseur à n'importe quel serveur en ligne ou que je n'ai à utiliser que SharePoint Online (Windows Azure) ou Office 365 pour publier mon application Web?
2. Si je peux publier mon projet d'application Web vers n'importe quel serveur en ligne Comment puis-je obtenir l'ID client et le secret du client pour cela?
3. Comment puis-je créer un certificat pour mon application que je souhaite publier pour SharePoint Office App Store?

1. You can host your provider hosted web application either on Windows Azure or your own server. The definition of provider-hosted app its self tells that you bring your hosting infrastructure for your application. Well if you have Azure subscription use it or use your own hosting environment.

2. Clint Id and Client Certificate are not obtained from the web application you are hosting it is obtained from "/_layouts/15/appregnew.aspx” your SharePoint site.

3. Sorry, I am not sure about obtaining certificate for windows store.
