Pycairo est déjà installé, mais vérifiez que le script de dépendance dit qu'il n'est pas installé.

Mac OS X Installation de Python conserve des bibliothèques de manière «bizarre».Changez votre système d'exploitation en une distribution de Linux.J'ai installé Ubuntu, et cela m'a traité étonnamment bien.
