Magento 2.4.1 search, bulk action, paginition not working properly

Question

I am having 3 problems on magento 2.4.1

1. Bulk action is in pending. I tried to run the command : php bin/magento cron:run , but it's not working.

2. On catalog page pagination is not showing I am not using any infinite product module

3. When trying some search, it shows the product list, but when press enter the catalog page show that "Your search returned no results."

but the filters are showing that there are product here
