Come disabilitare Prettyprint xstream XML e aggiungere ancora fogli di stile e prolog?

Posso rimuovere Prettyprint in XML (tutte le nuove linee/ritorni del trasporto) usando CompactWriter () ma come mantenere i miei fogli di prolog e stili?

Attualmente sto usando Writer Class per aggiungere Prolog e Stylesheet usando il metodo di scrittura.

Why does XStream not write an XML declaration?

XStream is designed to write XML snippets, so you can embed its output into 
an existing stream or string. You can write the XML declaration yourself into 
the Writer before using it to call XStream.toXML(writer).
