Extra data from an array

Question

I have create this array:

 $studentAssProg[]=array('studentID'=> $studentID,'assignmentID'=>$assignmentID,'assProgLevel'=>$progress);

what would be the best way to print the progressLevel, for each student where assignmentID = '3' ?
