Uso capistrano per distribuire la mia app su una macchina che utilizza memcache. Voglio che capistrano cancelli memcache quando distribuisce una nuova versione del sito.

Non conosci capistrano, ma non puoi semplicemente uccidere il processo memcached e generarne uno nuovo? Meglio probabilmente anche per rimuovere la frammentazione.
