So usare la funzione substr ma questo finirà felicemente una stringa a metà di una parola. Voglio che la stringa termini alla fine di una parola come farei per fare questo? Implicherebbe un'espressione regolare? Qualsiasi aiuto è molto apprezzato.

Potrebbe essere fatto con una regex, qualcosa del genere otterrà fino a 260 caratteri dall'inizio della stringa fino a un limite di parole:

In alternativa, potresti forse utilizzare la funzione wordwrap per spezzare il tuo $ body in righe, quindi estrarre il primo linea.
