Perché ricevo questo errore: post-commit hook non riuscito (Codice di uscita 255) senza output

Question

Sto ricevendo il seguente errore quando mi impegno in un repository:

post-commit hook failed (exit code 255) with no output.

Il codice di commit post è il seguente:

• Come puoi vedere, c'è una vasta registrazione di errori, ma il registro degli errori non viene mai popolato (a meno che non mi inserisca un errore evidente come un percorso mancante)
• Sia gli ambienti dev che quelli live sono Windows
• La riga che sembra calpestare l'errore è l'ultima - in cui viene chiamato PHP. Quando lo prendo, il commit funziona senza problemi
• Quando lo eseguo manualmente sulla riga di comando funziona e non mostra errori (ovvi). AFAIK SVN funziona sotto il sistema per impostazione predefinita, che è abbastanza elevato privilegiato da non dover preoccuparsi

Come probabilmente hai capito, questo sta collegando i miei check -in SVN con Mantis Bug Tracker. La cosa interessante è che lo script PHP viene eseguito, ovvero le note vengono aggiunte ai bug e la chiusura automatica dei problemi sta funzionando. Sembra solo un errore per qualche motivo.

Sto usando Tortoisvn per impegnarmi, ma usando la riga di comando (sliksvn) ottengo lo stesso output:
