Approvazione Flusso di lavoro OOTB SharePoint 2010

Sto ancora imparando come funzionano i flussi di lavoro e questa è la prima volta che ho usato OOTB inutile da dire, ho codificato molto più di quanto ne avessi bisogno.Detto questo, oggi abbiamo testato l'approvazione che passa attraverso ogni processo (3 passaggi) per un'approvazione e gli approvazione ciascuno ricevono un'e-mail (buona).Ora vogliamo rifiutare e il primo rifiuto un'e-mail è quella di andare all'iniziatore per indicare che l'e-mail è stata respinta e i motivi per cui e richiesti di ripresentare se necessario.Non vogliamo (3 gradini) per rifiutare il nuovo oggetto, ma se uno dei tre rifiuti, quindi l'attività invia un'e-mail e termina.Al momento sta attraversando tutti i 3 gradini.Aiuto!E sto usando SharePoint 2010.

This began as out of the box (OOTB) but ended up having cusomization added. To allow the program to reject as the first request for rejection, go into the 'Set Approval' and then 'Change the behavior of a single task'. From there scroll to 'When a task completes' then make sure that on rejection you have the workflow stop. Make sure to do this on ALL of the 'Set Approvals' you use in your workflow, otherwise the process will run to the very end requesting a reject from all users.
