Soluzione "Non schierato" eppure le azioni hanno successo

Question

Ho un problema strano con una fattoria in cui le soluzioni sono contrassegnate come "non distribuite" ancora guardando all'ultima operazione mostra "distribuita correttamente" ed elenca tutti i server come distribuiti correttamente.

Il mio problema è che senza avere un'immagine accuriata di ciò che è schierato non posso essere certo che le mie modifiche nelle soluzioni siano implementate.

Ho provato tramite PowerShell e Central Admin - Nessun errore viene sollevato in entrambi i casi.

Questa domanda: soluzione Distribuzione di "con successo", ancora non .. è simile e ci proverò ma sto lavorando in SP2013 non MOSS2007.

While Johns answer had some good information and extra steps to try - i finally discovered a server was not functioning correctly after it had been replaced/rejoined to the domain - never removed/rejoined from the farm though.

SharePoint's solution deployment is a bit of a black box. I would try two things:

1) Use -Force on the Install-SPSolution cmdlet to instruct SharePoint to override files, etc., and hopefully result in "Deployed".

2) If #1 doesn't work, I would retract and remove the solution. Then restart the SPAdminV4 and SPTimerV4 Windows Services. Then re-add the solution and use Install-SPSolution with the -Force parameter.
