Caso di una lista esterna inaccessibile

Ho una lista esterna che ho creato con un BDC, ma potrebbe accadere che la fonte esterna non sia disponibile è presente che il SharePoint risparmia un ultimo accesso?In caso contrario, qual è la migliore alternativa in quanto ho bisogno delle informazioni su quell'elenco per un elenco a discesa.

Having an unreliable data source is not a good basis for leveraging ECT. I would suggest caching the data to a more persistent location like a SQL Table or a SharePoint List (if the dataset is not large).

If you have SQL Server, you could develop an SSIS package for this quite quickly and run it as a scheduled job.
