Tomcat incorporato non lascerà che le mie storie di selenio / jbehave funzioni

Sto cercando il Tomcat incorporato per iniziare prima dei test di integrazione (Miniera Usa Selenium + Jbehave) e Stop subito dopo .

Ecco come ho provato a configurare MAVEN:
