Dynamics CRM errore: “L'oggetto non può essere aggiornato perché è di sola lettura”

Ho un'istanza di Dynamics CRM 4.0 con alcuni errori strani. Se chiudo un caso e quindi provare a riattivarlo ottengo l'errore " L'oggetto non può essere aggiornato perché è di sola lettura ". Questo è semplice, funzionalità built-in di CRM che funziona bene su altre istanze. Ottengo lo stesso errore se provo per convertire un preventivo ad un Ordine - Credo che stia cercando di aggiornare la citazione, che è stato "chiuso" da allora. Cosa c'è che non va e come posso risolvere il problema?

Prova a disabilitare il tuo onload e il codice OnSave per vedere se questo sta causando problemi. Per disattivare rapidamente temporaneamente gli eventi, aprire la finestra di dialogo in cui si incolla nel tuo onload codice / OnSave e deselezionare 'evento è abilitato'. Quindi salvare la forma e pubblicare l'entità. Si verifica ancora l'errore?
