Come faccio a creare un file EAR con una build formica tra cui alcuni file?

Sto usando Eclipse per creare un file EAR utilizzando formica. Sto utilizzando OC4J, e voglio fare in modo che Orion-application.xml è incluso nella build. Quello che sto attualmente in uso ma non funziona è il seguente:
