Soluzione
Sembra avete un altro struct.py nel tuo percorso da qualche parte.
Prova questo per vedere dove python trova il modulo struct:
>>> import inspect
>>> import struct
>>> inspect.getabsfile(struct)
'c:\\python26\\lib\\struct.py'
