Invert “Billing address same as shipping” checkbox action

Question

I can't figure out how to invert "billing address same as shipping" checkbox in Magento checkout. What I need is just unchecked checkbox for same address and checked for different address. I override template/billing-address.html and js/view/billing-address.js and tried to switch appropriate options but can't find way to achieve my goal.
