Testo ristrutturate - Fuga un titolo?

Ho un documento reStructuredText. rST utilizza =====, ecc come formato intestazione.

Comunque ho bisogno di includere alcune linee che hanno questo testo in esso, per esempio:.

some of my text
=====
stuff
=====
some more of my text

E io non voglio che il ==== per essere interpretato come un titolo, vale a dire che non voglio stuff aggiungere una rubrica. Vorrei piuttosto che quei segni uguali sono solo visualizzati come è.

Questo è possibile in rST?

Il carattere di escape in reStructuredText è \:

some of my text
\=====
stuff
=====
some more of my text

sarà tradotto in:

some of my text ===== stuff ===== some more of my text
