コンストラクターは、メンバー変数ではなく、出力と呼ばれるローカル変数を設定します。

Vector<Entry> output = new Vector<Entry>();

それがあるべきであるとき

output = new Vector<Entry>();

だから、後で電話するとき output.clear() Null Pointer例外がスローされているため、次のコード行が実行されないのです。

「未使用のローカル変数」などのコンパイラ警告は、この種の間違いを見つけるのに役立ちます。
