私もこの問題を抱えていたので、NANTスクリプトで3.5機能の使用をやめなければなりませんでした。
nant自体がV2.0コンパイラで構築されたため、v2.0コンパイラを使用してNantがブロックからコードをコンパイルしているように見えます。
