SQLite で bool > date > null を使用した ORDER BY

Question

次の値を含めることができる ORDER BY で終わる非常に長い SELECT があります。

• チェック済み (1 または 0)
• 日付 (YYYY-MM-DD)
• 時間 (HH:MM:SS)

次の方法でクエリの結果を並べ替えたいと思います。

|__checked = 0
|            |__ date ASC
|            |__ time ASC
|            |__ date && time are null  
|__checked = 1
             |__ date ASC
             |__ time ASC
             |__ date && time are null  

とりあえず、「ORDER BY i1.checked, date, time」のような単純なものが得られましたが、問題は、これでは空の日付と時刻の項目が上部に残ることです。
