send sms from web application

Question

I am trying to send sms from java application using SMPPSim as SMS gateway and smppapi

I am not able to understand what is the problem

Also please suggest some open source SMS Gateway

I'm not sure about this lib, but you can use smslib. It requires a mobile device which is GSM-capable which will act as a virtual SMS aggregator.
